BREAKING: High Court Finds Metuh guilty of N400m fraud

A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, February 25, has delivered the judgement in the trial of the former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Olisa Metuh.

Mr Metuh and his firm, Dextra Investment Limited are accused receiving N400,000,000 from the office of the National Security Adviser (NSA) unlawfully.

The EFCC also accused him of carrying out transaction of about $2m without going through a financial institution.

Justice Okon Abang, who started reading the judgement a moment ago, had on November 20 last year adjourned till February 25, 2020 for judgement after parties made their final arguments.

Justice Abang said Olisa Metuh guilty of money laundering of N400m.
