The Bauchi State Deputy Governor, Senator Baba Tela, on Tuesday, March 31, has announced that another person in state has tested positive for Coronavirus, making it three cases in the state.
He disclosed this on Tuesday, while addressing newsmen on the situation in the state.
The Deputy, who doubles as the Chairman, Task Force Committee on COVID-19, said the individual is a 55- year- old man.
Newsflash247 had reported that the state governor, Bala Mohammed, was first to be tested positive for the deadly disease.
Meanwhile, Ekiti State governor, Kayode Fayemi, on Tuesday afternoon, has announced that there is no Covid-19 patient, otherwise known as Coronavirus in Ekiti.
Fayemi made the announcement Tuesday afternoon on his official twitter account.
He said Ekiti state’s COVID19 patient has been discharged and has no coronavirus patient at its isolation center.
