On the early hours of Thursday, March 5, a Federal High Court sitting in Kano, has set aside a ruling by the FCT High Court is suspending the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole.
Newsflash247 had reported that the FCT High Court in Jabi, Abuja, on Wednesday, March 4, had suspended Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the APC.
The court ordered Oshiomhole to step down pending the determination of the substantive suit seeking his removal as the APC chairman.
Justice Danlami Senchi gave the ruling in an application of interlocutory injunction following his suspension as a member of the APC from Etsako ward 10 in Edo State.
Meanwhile, According to Channels Television, Justice Lewis Allagoa who set aside the ruling today.
He also ordered the police and Department of State Service (DSS) to provide security for Oshiomhole to resume in his office.
