Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has tested positive for the COVID-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus.
Akeredolu confirmed his status via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.
The Governor tweeted: “Today, I tested positive for #COVID19.

“All is well. I’m asymptomatic and have been self -isolating.
“Work continues. Your continued prayers over my wellbeing are most appreciated.”
Meanwhile, Nigeria has recorded 566 new cases of #COVID19, bringing total number of infections to 25, 133 and 573 deaths.
