Borehole Collapses In Kogi 3 Weeks After Commissioning
Kogi residents have been left shocked after a borehole which was built and commissioned by the new direction team led by White Imenika, collapsed this morning at Ofejikpi area, three weeks after commissioning.
According to reports, 68% of the boreholes built by the new direction team are said to be non-functional again – few months/weeks after commissioning due to a mechanical or electrical fault.
Facebook user, Enemama Sam Akubor, took to Facebook to share the report, as he wrote in parts;
My advice to Kogites is simple, we should be extra careful when approaching any infrastructure build by the new direction team. Or preferably make use of alternative sources.
