Aregbesola Vs Oyetola: Tinubu in closed-door meeting with Aregbesola, Oyetola at Akande’s residence

Following the reported rift between Osun State Governor, Adegboyega Oyetola and his predecessor, Rauf Aregbesola, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu is currently having meeting with the duo at Chief Bisi Akande’s residence.
The meeting holding in Ila Orangun, Osun State, the residence of the former National Chairman of the APC, Chief Akande .
Newsflash247 gathered the report that Tinubu is to broker peace between Oyetola and the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola.
The meeting, which Newsflash247 gathered was at the request of Chief Bisi Akande is still ongoing as at 3:05 pm behind closed doors.
It was gathered that there is still deadlock between the Governor and his predecessor as non of the two his compromising their position.
A source told Newsflash247 that if they were able to reach compromise, journalists may be brief otherwise there would not be any press briefing.
However, Aregbesola announced on his Twitter page that he arrived Osun State with entourage from the ministry of Interior to commence stakeholders’ engagement meeting with different stakeholders in the state as directed by President Buhari.
His post: “Our entourage paid a courtesy visit to our leader and father, Baba Bisi Akande, alongside Governor of Osun State, Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola in Ila Orangun. Baba advised us on #Endsars, insecurity amongst other issues!”
