APC Crisis Deepens As Governors Shun Meeting With Oshiomhole

Almost all the state governors on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) shunned a meeting with the national chairman of the party, Adams Oshiomhole.

It was gathered that Oshiomhole invited the governors and governorship candidates of the party to a meeting in Abuja on Monday but they shunned him.

According to the source, Oshiomhole and the party’s National Executive Committee (NWC) met with some of the governorship candidates and two governors who came around for the meeting.

The governors present were those of Niger, Sani Bello; and Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong.

None of the absentee governors sent representatives and refused to give reasons for their absence.
