APC Chairman Attack For Dumping Party

Hon. Taiwo Fatiregun who recently defected from the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, to the Action Democratic Party, ADP, was allegedly attacked by political thugs said to be his subordinates who felt aggrieved by his defection.

The former APC caretaker chairman in Oriade Local Government area of Osun State – was beaten mercilessly by the yet-to-be-identified attackers.

The thugs fled after breaking his head. Hon. Taiwo Fatiregun is currently receiving treatment at an undisclosed hospital.

This unfortunate incident is coming just about 48 hours after another APC local government chairman was shot dead, few days after his emergence. Shedding of blood is a danger to the society.
