Amotekun Begins Recruitment in Ekiti
All eligible Ekiti indigenes from the ages of 18- 60 with the minimum education of Primary School Leaving Certificate should visit the website www.amotekun.ekitistate.gov.ng to download, fill and submit their registration online free of charge.
Kayode Fayemi’s government in Ekiti State has commenced recruitment into its Security Network Agency, also known as the Amotekun Corps, Newsflash247 reports
It, however, warned against selling of the forms to interested individuals.
The Commander of the Amotekun Corps, Brig- General Joe Komolafe (rtd), briefing reporters, said the forms are free for eligible residents.
He said the recruitment processes began following approval by Governor Kayode Fayemi.
Komolafe said the recruitment exercises with effect from July 8, 2020.
He said all eligible Ekiti indigenes from the ages of 18- 60 with the minimum education of Primary School Leaving Certificate should visit the website www.amotekun.ekitistate.gov.ng to download, fill and submit their registration online free of charge.
“Applicants are also advised to print out their registration form for record purposes.
Registration closes on 28-07-2020”.
He warned applicants against giving false information and advised them to get the endorsement of their village head and the chairman of their local government.
