Airtel Nigeria has apologize to all internet consumers due to the downtime service.
For users of Airtel in Nigeria, Saturday and Sunday were terrible days. The network suddenly went blank without explanation. Those using Airtel data bundle could not browse at all, as anger and pains mounted.
This went on for over 14 hours, with users expressing disappointment with the service provider.
According to the Airtel Nigeria which realease statement on Monday, apologize to all internet consumers due to the downtime service and compensates their customers with 200MB valid for two days.
Airtel send the message to all consumers, Reads:
“Dear consumer, we sincerely apologize for the downtime on our internet service earlier today”.
” As a gesture of appreciation for the inconvenience, you have been credited with 200MB bonus data valid for 2 days”.
” Please restart your device to enjoy seamless browsing on the smartphone network.”
“Thanks for choosing Airtel”
