Mixed reactions as Nigerians react on “errors” in APC Tinubu’s registration form

There was mixed reactions on Saturday among Nigerians when the former Lagos State governor, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, went out to take part in the ongoing registration and re-validation of the All Progressives Congress, APC but at least two errors were spotted in the form filled by Tinubu.

Newsflash had earlier reported that despite the tension in the South-West over the quit notice to herdsmen, Bola Tinubu, had surfaced in public for revalidating his membership of the APC.

The APC National leader returned to Nigeria two weeks ago. The former governor was in London for weeks on vacation.

After his registration, the National leader of the party posed for photographs which were later shared on social media.

President Muhammadu Buhari’s aide, Bashiru Ahmed, first shared Tinubu’s registration on his twitter handle, he said “the National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has also revalidated his APC membership. President Muhammadu Buhari recently called on young Nigerians to go back to their constituencies and join in the registration exercise”.

Some Nigerians took their time to scrutinize these photos, and did they find what they were looking for? Sure they did.

With their eagle eyes, some people spotted at least two errors.

March 29, is usually the day the APC leader marks his birthday but the date filled on the form was March 27, 1952.

Tinubu revalidated his membership of the APC on Saturday, February 6, but 09/02/21 was recorded as the date when Tinubu registered.

Sani said Tinubu’s silence is a coward attempt by the Jagaban (Tinubu’s pseudonym) to save his “caps and shoes.
