VIDEO: Pandemonium as Petrol tanker explodes, another building collapses in Lagos
Another tragedy struck in Lagos state on Tuesday, October 27, as an articulated vehicle laden with petrol has exploded in Ogba area.
The incident occurred at a petrol station along Ajayi Road, Ogba.
According to eyewitnesses account, emergency responders are at the scene making efforts to put out the fire.
Also, in Ikorodu, a building in Isiu Town, has collapsed.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) have arrived at the location.
No causality has been reported in both situations.
The fire incident adds to the number of recent fire outbreaks that have occurred in the state lately.
Recall that a gas station in Baruwa, Ipaja area of the state was gutted by fire two weeks ago.
An elderly man was burnt in one of the houses close to the gas plant while two people who sustained injuries from the fire were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Several houses close to the gas plant were destroyed by the raging fire.
