How armed robbers tortured MKO Abiola’s family
The family of late Moshood Abiola has narrated their encounter with gunmen who stormed their Ikeja residence on Wednesday.
Recall that the Ikeja residence of late MKO Abiola was invaded by armed robbers on Wednesday afternoon.
The robbers carted away valuables including hard currencies.
Newsflash247 gathered that the suspected criminals entered and escaped through the fence of the building.
Meanwhile, the family of late MKO Abiola has lamented how the hoodlums subjected them to extreme emotional torture and harassment and stole cash and other valuable items belonging to the family.
In a statement on behalf of the family, Tundun Abiola said members of the family were harassed and tortured by the gunmen.
She disclosed that they stole cash and went away with valuable items belonging to the family.

The statement read: “The hoodlums subjected us to extreme emotional torture and harassment and stole cash and other valuable items belonging to the family.”
Tundun added that police have been informed of the incident and have begun investigations.
“The crime is being investigated. We are consoled by the fact that no life was lost in this unfortunate and frightening incident,” she added.
