BREAKING: Nigeria records 350 new cases of Coronavirus, total now 11516
The new cases are spread across Lagos, Ogun, Borno, Kaduna, Rivers, Ebonyi, Kwara, Katsina, Edo, Delta, Kano, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Imo, Plateau, Ondo, Nasarawa, Gombe and Oyo States as well as Abuja, the country’s capital.
Nigeria on Thursday night, June 4, has recorded another 350 new cases of COVID-19, otherwise known as Coronavirus and eight (8) deaths in nineteen (19) states as well as the country’s capital, Abuja, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 11516 and 323 deaths.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), announced on Thursday night, on its official Twitter account.
The new cases are spread across Lagos, Ogun, Borno, Kaduna, Rivers, Ebonyi, Kwara, Katsina, Edo, Delta, Kano, Bauchi, Bayelsa, Imo, Plateau, Ondo, Nasarawa, Gombe and Oyo States as well as Abuja, the country’s capital.
The centre also said that eight (8) deaths from Coronavirus-related complications in the country, but the number of fatalities rise to 323.
NCDC also revealed that total numbers of 3535 patients were discharged.
According to the NCDC, “102 new cases were recorded in Lagos, 34 in Ogun, 29 in the Federal Capital Territory, 26 in Borno, 23 in Kaduna, 21 in Rivers, 17 in Ebonyi, 16 in Kwara, 14 in Kastina.
It also revealed that ten cases were recorded in Bauchi, Edo, Delta and Kano States, nine in Bayelsa, eight in Imo, four in Plateau, three in Ondo, two in Nasarawa, one each case recorded in Gombe and Oyo States.
