The All Progressives Congress, APC, has cleared 12 aspirants for its forthcoming Anambra governorship election primaries.
National Organising Secretary, Osita Izunaso, on Saturday in Abuja, said the party will win the November 18 election.
“I have scanned through the report and I discovered that all of you have been cleared to contest.
“They have scored you in line with the party guidelines and some of you have A’s some B’s and others C’s, but the most important thing is that you have been cleared to contest”, he said.
He added that by Monday, “the appeal committee would sit and if there are no petitions, they will approve what the screening committee has done”.
Chairman of the screening committee and deputy governor of Ondo State, Agboola Ajayi, disclosed that the aspirants have all signed an undertaken to support whoever emerges as candidate
