Rivers APC Primaries: Supreme Court Sacks Tonye Cole, Others

The Supreme Court of Nigeria has set aside the ruling of the Court of Appeal staying the further execution of the Order of Interlucotory Injunction restraining APC from conducting further congresses in Rivers State.

The Court Ruling on an Appeal by 22 Rivers APC Chieftain who were Denied Nomination Forms Lambasted the Party for Going ahead to Conduct a Congress in a flagrant disregard to the Order of the High Court.

“They cannot benefit from their stupidity”, the Supreme Court said.
