3 APC Chieftain Dies In Auto Crash

Three local government chairmen in Zamfara state has been reported dead in an auto crash in Saudi Arabia, Said the Hajj commissioner.

Malam Yakubu-Yahaya Talata- Mafara who is the public relation officer of the commissioner told the news agency that the accident occurred around 3:00 am on Friday, while they were travelling from Makah to Medina, Saudi Arabia.

Yakub- Yahaya noted that six local government chairmen of the APC from the state were involved in the accident. And that the other three are now receiving treatment at Saudi Arabia Hospital.

The remains of the three deceased chairmen will be processed for burial by the Saudi Arabia authorities. The Zamfara hajji officials are making necessary documentation to join the Saudi Arabia authorities to give the deceased befitting burial, Talata-Mafara

Reacting, the state APC Chairman, Alhaji Lawal M-Liman, described the death as a great loss to the state and Nigeria as a whole. M-Liman described the deceased as loyal members of the party who had been in good relationship with their communities
