Bauchi Governor Nominates Katagum As Deputy Governor

Bauchi State governor, Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar has nominated Architect Audu Sule Katagum as his new deputy governor.

He reportedly disclosed the nomination of Katagum at a gathering at the government House Bauchi.

Katagum was nominated to replace Engineer Nuhu Gidado who resigned from the position in Mid May.

Governor Abubakar was said to have informed that Katagum’s name had been forwarded to the state House of Assembly for confirmation as required by law.

Speaking to our reporter on the matter, the Special Adviser to Governor Abubakar on Media and Strategy confirmed that, Architect Audu Sule Katagum had been nominated as the new deputy governor.
