5 Polytechnic Students, NYSC Member Die In Kwara Auto Crash

At least five people were crushed to death in an auto crash involving a truck and taxi cab in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital on Thursday.

According to various posters, who claimed to have witnessed the incident, the deceased includes two final year students of the Kwara State Polytechnic and a National Youth Service Corps member.

They said the students were returning to their residences after the day’s examination.

The accident, which also claimed the life of the driver, occurred along the Unilorin Teaching hospital, Oke-Ose, Ilorin after the cab driver reportedly lost control of the car.
