2023 Presidential Election: Primate Ayodele Predicts Rerun, Warns Judiciary and INEC

A popular Nigerian cleric, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has made some startling revelations about the outcome of the 2023 presidential election. The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church said he foresaw a rerun of the election, but claimed that powerful forces behind the election results would resist it.

Primate Ayodele said the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the nation’s judiciary had a crucial role to play in defending democracy and ensuring justice for the people.

He said there were leakages in the judiciary that would expose the All Progressives Congress (APC), the ruling party that declared victory in the election.

He claimed that the APC was aware of the flaws in the election tribunal and was monitoring the proceedings closely to prevent any favourable ruling for the opposition.

He said the tribunal should call for a rerun of the election, but the forces behind the case would want the election result to remain as it is.

He said: “The point is the direction of what I see is a rerun of the election, but the forces behind the election will want it to remain the same. This will undermine the judiciary and make them irrelevant. It will make INEC not to be a body Nigeria can rely on. Of course, Judiciary will pay for it if it doesn’t go for it and INEC will pay for it in the future.”

Primate Ayodele stressed that the judiciary was supposed to uphold the hope of Nigerians with a fair judgment, but forces would seriously fight against the right judgment. He, however, warned that an unfair judgment would make the judiciary and INEC irrelevant.

He said: As Nigerians await the tribunal judgment, there is no way to it, there are leakages in the Tribunal as revealed by the Lord.

“The leakages are not well packaged and will expose the ruling party. The ruling party has also realised that there are no two ways to it. There are cabals monitoring this tribunal and they are very desperate.”

Primate Ayodele made these revelations in a statement by his Media Aide, Oluwatosin Osho. He is known for his prophetic utterances on national and international issues.

He had earlier predicted that Bola Tinubu of APC would win the presidential election, but with a slim margin over Atiku Abubakar of PDP and Peter Obi of LP.

According to INEC, Tinubu polled 8,794,726 votes and won in 12 states, to defeat his closest rivals, Atiku who scored 6,984,520 votes, Obi who polled 6,101,533 votes, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of NNPP who garnered 1,496,687 votes. The election is said to be the most competitive since Nigeria’s return to democratic rule in 1999.

However, both Atiku and Obi have rejected the results as announced by INEC and have vowed to challenge them in court. They have alleged that the presidential election was marred by irregularities, rigging, and violence. They have also accused INEC and APC of colluding to manipulate the results in favour of Tinubu.

The presidential election tribunal is expected to deliver its judgment soon. Many Nigerians are eagerly waiting to see if justice will prevail or if their votes will count for nothing.
