2019: Kwankwaso Visits Former President Obasanjo In Abeokuta
The Leader of Kwankwasiyya Movement, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso visited a former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at his residence at Abeokuta in Ogun State.
The meeting came barely two weeks after backed to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, from the rulling all Progressives Congress, APC.
The former Kano State governor had earlier meet with the leaders of the party in the Ogun State, where he called for a thorough consideration in picking the party’s flag-bearer for the 2019 presidential election.
He arrived at Obasanjo residence at about 6.00 pm. Obasanjo dressed in blue akara to welcomed Kwankwaso.
It was learned that Kwankwaso and his entourage were provided dinner
Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso would soon declare his interest to contest the 2019 presidential elections officially.
